The various namespaces that previously started "http://www.w3.org/2005/04/..." now start "http://www.w3.org/2005/...". Hopefully there will now be no further changes imposed by W3C.

A significant change in this release is that "ignorable whitespace" is stripped from source documents before a transformation or query is run, unless you specify otherwise. For details, see Building source documents below.
