extends CompileTimeFunction

Implements the fn:analyze-string function defined in Functions and Operators 1.1. This is handled by compiling code to generate the defined element structure, based on a call of the xsl:analyze-string instruction

Simplify the function call. Default method is to simplify each of the supplied arguments and evaluate the function if all are now known.
