Optimizations and performance improvements

An experimental system for indexation of large sets of generic element matching templates (e.g. match="*[exp=value]"), and similar sets of templates in the DITA-OT framework (match="*[contains(@class,' tag ')]") is available in Saxon-EE, together with an analysis package to study the effectiveness.
