XQuery 3.0 implementation

Core XQuery 3.0 functionality (as defined in the conformance section of the XQuery 3.0 specification) is now supported in Saxon-HE. Support for higher-order functions requires Saxon-PE or Saxon-EE.

The version number 1.1 is no longer recognized as a synonym for 3.0.

The serialization attribute item-separator is now recognized.

Streamed execution of queries (conforming to the relevant constraints) is now supported in Saxon-EE.
