Serialization

The default HTML version (when not explicitly specified using the version or html-version serialization properties) is now HTML5.

The most obvious consequence of this change is that the HTML output will start with <!DOCTYPE HTML>. If you have regression tests that perform character-by-character comparison against expected results, these tests may need to change.
