Returns the name of the default collation. If no collation has been set explicitly this will be the URI of the Unicode codepoint collation.

Notes on the Saxon implementation

Various Saxon APIs allow the default collation to be set for a transformation or query. It is also possible to set this from the command line, by using the option --defaultCollation.
